Propósito del cargo Responsable de ejecutar y soportar los procesos de planeación financiera (FP&A), contabilidad y controlling, asegurando la generación de información financiera confiable, oportuna y relevante para la toma de decisiones, así como la correcta coordinación de procesos contables y financieros en un entorno multipaís. Responsabilidades principales - Apoyar la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto anual y forecast - Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros - Analizar variaciones entre resultados reales vs. presupuesto/forecast - Preparar reportes financieros periódicos y dashboards para la dirección - Coordinar los procesos de cierre contable con equipos externos (MX, US y otros mercados) - Consolidar información financiera de múltiples entidades - Gestionar cuentas por pagar (AP), cuentas por cobrar (AR) y flujo de caja - Asegurar el cumplimiento de controles internos y buenas prácticas financieras - Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, eficiencia y automatización - Apoyar requerimientos financieros ad hoc para la toma de decisiones estratégicas
Job Requirements
- Formación académica: Profesional en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o carreras afines
- Experiencia: 3–5 años en roles de FP&A, Controlling o Reporting
- Manejo avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets
- Conocimientos contables (IFRS deseable)
- Experiencia en coordinación con equipos contables externo
- Manejo de información financiera multi-entidad / MultiPais Idiomas: Inglés intermedio

Role Description The Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter will be responsible for underwriting loss mitigation applications in accordance with Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines while following company’s policies and procedures under general supervision. Makes sound underwriting decisions and ensures that all decisions meet legal and policy requirements. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00 an hour. The Senior Loss Mitigation Underwriter level is the senior level role in the job family and generally handles the most complex underwriting files while assisting in the training and growth of junior underwriters. - Perform a thorough analysis to ensure the quality of each loan and to determine compliance with Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines. - Conduct Verification of Income (VOI). - Calculate customer’s front and back-end debt to income ratio. - Verify occupancy, hardship and income. - Apply payment waterfall to determine workout eligibility (repayment plans, forbearances, loan modifications or liquidation options). - Assist in the processing and development of loans acquired from prior Servicer. - If applicable, identify the type(s) and amounts of liquid assets the borrower holds. - Determine and communicate needed conditions to properly document the file (reason for default letter, updated pay stubs, bankruptcy papers, etc.). - Complete system tasks as required to maintain compliance with Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines. - Document final decision and update system of record. - Function as the subject matter expert for Loss Mitigation underwriting. - Perform other duties as assigned. Overview The Director Capital Management – FP&A, will play a pivotal role in overseeing Universal Technical Institute, Inc.’s capital spending strategy and execution. Reporting to the Senior Director FP&A of the company’s UTI Division, this leader will drive both strategic and tactical management of a ~$60-100M annual capex budget, directly supporting the UTI Division’s ambitious expansion goals of launching approximately 2 new campuses and 10 new programs each year.
