As a Software Engineer III, you will help design, build, and maintain the systems that power TCGplayer's Customer Experience (CX) platform. Your work will enable our CX agents to efficiently support both Buyers and Sellers across every aspect of TCGplayer's business. You will uplift legacy applications into a microservice-based architecture, integrate with internal systems of record and third-party ticketing and AI systems, and collaborate closely with other development teams to deliver a cohesive and intuitive customer support experience. What you will bring: - A minimum of 5+ years of software development experience on large-scale, high-volume systems in a microservice-based architecture. - Strong proficiency in C#.
