Informatica Administrator

DMI (Digital Management, LLC)

• Support a federal government customer's application portfolio. • Own the full lifecycle of the Informatica environment, including server patching, version upgrades, and ETL mapping development and maintenance. • Work closely with a cross-functional application development team. • Manage all day-to-day operations of a production Informatica environment supporting a suite of data-driven government applications. • Plan and execute Informatica server patches and version upgrades including pre-upgrade assessments, regression testing, and post-upgrade validation. • Maintain, modify, and create ETL mappings that support Oracle-backed application workflows. • Conduct environment assessments and document current state, risks, and recommended remediation actions. • Coordinate with application developers on mapping changes driven by schema updates, application modifications, or new feature requests. • Troubleshoot data anomalies across integrated applications when Informatica mappings are a contributing factor. • Document all configuration changes, upgrade activities, and mapping modifications in source control per project standards. • Provide knowledge transfer and technical coaching to government technical staff. • Manage and track work through Jira, contributing to bi-weekly status reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum five years of hands-on Informatica administration, including server patching, version upgrades, and ETL mapping development and maintenance.
  • At least two years of that experience must be in a federal government or regulated-enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency with Oracle database environments, including schema structure, query optimization, and connection management.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL).
  • Working knowledge of SQL development and performance tuning, shell scripting, and SecDevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git or SVN).
  • Informatica Certified Professional (INFA) or equivalent vendor certification (preferred).
  • Experience supporting ETL environments during Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Java, Apache Tomcat, .NET, PostgreSQL, and Crystal Reports (preferred).
  • Prior federal agency experience (preferred).
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Position Summary The External Affairs Administrator will inform and execute the OhioRISE Plan’s outreach and engagement activities in priority communities and with priority stakeholders. Serve as the primary OhioRISE Plan contact for all county and child-serving agencies, promoting alignment between community needs and the OhioRISE Plan and encouraging collaboration amongst local leaders, organizations, stakeholders, CMEs, and the OhioRISE Plan. b.
