How You Will Contribute You will lead and optimize Global Network Operations and Monitoring services to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of the enterprise network. In this role, you will: - Drive end-to-end service/operational delivery for Global Network Operations - Will be the admin for all the Network Monitoring tools owned by MDLZ and will be responsible for there performance and configurations. - DNS, DHCP & IPAM end to end service management using BloxOne. - Ensure proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response to minimize business impact - Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to improve operational efficiency and service quality - Lead major incident management (MIM) and ensure timely resolution, communication & RCA - Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics, driving accountability across vendors - Identify and implement automation and monitoring enhancements to reduce manual effort - Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and operational excellence - Act as a key liaison between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders - Vulnerability remediation on all Network Tools would be a direct KRA. - Operational Reporting & Dashboard updates will also play a major part in this role. You will oversee monitoring platforms, incident management processes, and vendor performance to ensure that the organization achieves best-in-class uptime and service reliability. The role requires a strong balance of technical depth and operational leadership, with a focus on proactive detection, rapid response, and continuous improvement.
