Solutions Engineer
Qargo TMS
• Deliver engaging technical demos and walkthroughs of the Qargo TMS platform. • Tailor demo environments and solution configurations to accurately reflect customer workflows and operational requirements. • Analyse customer needs and provide recommendations on product fit, integration requirements, and system usage. • Support Business Development Managers with technical scoping and feasibility assessments. • Translate customer requirements and sales conversations into structured technical feedback for Product and Engineering teams. • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Qargo’s features, roadmap, integrations, and API capabilities. • Assist in preparing technical proposals and detailed platform walkthrough documentation. • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and incorporated into product development. • Provide input on improving demo tooling, training materials, and customer onboarding processes. • Apply transport/logistics domain knowledge to guide customers on best practices. • Stay informed about sector trends, regulatory requirements, and technology changes that affect customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Based in the UK, fluent in English
- Multiple years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. support, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
- Experience in the transport or logistics sector is essential. Strong understanding of industry processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and commercial audiences.
- A hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and demo tooling
- Experience in a SaaS environment is a strong advantage
- Willing to travel occasionally for on-site demos and customer meetings
