Principal MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Developer (CE / CRM) to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that drive digital transformation in the financial services sector. - Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices. - Analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. - Develop and configure CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations. - Maintain and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems. - Define and enforce security models and access control strategies aligned with data privacy standards. - Ensure high performance, quality, and scalability of CRM applications. - Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure solution alignment with business needs. - Debug and troubleshoot system issues to maintain uptime and reliability. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects. - Prepare documentation, training, and support for implemented solutions. - Oversee deployment lifecycle and manage version upgrades. - Stay updated on new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development and architecture. - Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business processes. - Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, dashboards, plugins, and integrations. - Proficient in Power Apps, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs. - Knowledge of on-premises and cloud architecture and deployment processes. - Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens, PR, or RP holders with a valid work visa. Visa sponsorship is not available. Requirements - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications (nice-to-have). - Experience in banking or financial services (nice-to-have). - Familiarity with Azure services, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps Component, Framework, Canvas Apps, SSIS, and TypeScript (nice-to-have). - Understanding of Agile methodologies (nice-to-have). If its not legitimate, get authorization from our clients for rejection, and send out denial letter to insureds.
