Your Mission: - Lead the product-focused media buying strategy with spend-based budgeting to optimize ROI. - Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns. Handle Google Ads and in - app traffic as needed. - Manage budgets of $500K+ and ensure attainment of KPIs (ROAS/ROI, CAC/CPI, LTV). - Build and lead a team of Media Buyers. Hire, mentor, and drive performance. - Plan and expand channels, run pilots, and scale successful sources. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and UA/CRM teams to ensure aligned processes. Your Unique Contribution: - Experience in product media buying and working with a spend model. - Experience working with products or expensive games (not CPA/crash traffic). - Successful experience managing budgets of $500K+. - Focus on Facebook Ads, experience with Google Ads and in-app traffic is also welcome. - Experience working with Tier 1–2 markets (if Tier 3 — it is important to have Tier 1–2 cases). - Management experience: a team of 10 people or more. - If you do not have your own team — willingness to build it from scratch (support from the company is available). - English is not required. - Full infrastructure for work is provided.
