• Build and maintain GTM dashboards and reports (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, or BI tools) to track pipeline, bookings, renewal, and retention performance. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to define and standardize KPIs across the GTM funnel. • Analyze performance trends and deliver concise insights that inform leadership decisions. • Provide ad hoc analysis on topics such as conversion rates, territory performance, and campaign ROI. • Support the annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles by modeling pipeline coverage, bookings targets, and renewal assumptions. • Maintain forecasting models and provide variance analysis versus plan. • Help define methodologies for pipeline quality, velocity, and stage progression. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across GTM systems, working closely with the GTM Systems and Business Systems teams. • Act as the analytical business partner to Sales leadership. • Synthesize data into business recommendations for process or performance improvement. • Support RevOps leadership in executive-level presentations and quarterly business reviews.

• Source, evaluate and manage tenders • Identify relevant tenders including active, professional tender monitoring • Initial assessment for fit and deal-breakers (AI-supported + manual) • Detailed reviews: technical requirements, references, formal specifications, budget/contract conditions • Prepare decision materials and manage the go/no-go process including documentation of the decision • Bid project management & formal handling • End-to-end responsibility for tender processing through to on-time submission or professional withdrawal • Coordinate all stakeholders, ensure formal criteria, version control, scheduling, compliance, deadlines • Document processes, decisions and lessons learned • Work closely with Tech, Strategy and Design to consolidate subject-matter contributions • Translate complex content into clear, customer-focused narratives (German/English) — persuasive, structured, professional • Continuously improve processes, standard documentation and templates • Build and maintain a content/knowledge library so knowledge can be reused • Evaluate and implement AI tools & automation (e.g., LLM-based drafts, workflows, RFP tooling) to massively accelerate standard queries
