This role works closely with other solution analysts, solution architects, designers and technology solution partners to help ensure that planned technical solutions align with identified business needs. This is a critical role that helps ensure the successful application of technology to support automotive business activities. What You Will Do - Engage directly with business team leaders and sponsors to discuss business goals and challenges. - Detail and document business case (including ROI and benefits assessment) and requirements. - Envision solutions to meet business requirements aligning with corporate and automotive technology platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SAP, Qlik, and Workday. - Maintain business analysis process standards and practices aligning with overall organizational practices. - Collaboration with internal and external development teams to align technical vision with business needs. - Serve as a conduit between the business and technical teams. - Develop and delivery training plans for solutions being introduced. - Create plans for future enhancement of team managed solution. - Identify project risks and challenges and identify remediation/avoidance activities. - Work directly with internal and vendor project teams on project implementation activities. - Create testing plans and coordinate end user testing activities. - Manage defect tracking and remediation activities. - Lead product analysis, comparisons, and selections. What You Need to Be Successful - 3+ years of experience translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Expertise in Project Management Methodology. - Experience managing project budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and work across multiple simultaneous projects. - Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests. - Strong analytical and project coordination skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. - Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity, along with expertise in Word and PowerPoint. - Experience in a corporate setting and comfort interacting with people at all levels of the organization. - Excellent organizational abilities. - Confidence working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, often with ambiguity and requiring the ability to pivot. - Empathy for colleagues in different circumstances, enabling you to tailor materials to their needs. - Experience working in a distributed multi-national team environment. - Experience envisioning solutions making up corporate legal and compliance technology landscape. - Proven ability to creatively solve business problems using technology solutions and processes. - A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
