Project Coordinator – Fixed Term Contract

Switzerland Global Enterprise

• Ensure safe work (EHS) for himself and GEV staff on site and support site issues • Ensure coordination with KAPES on on-going site actions linked with GEV • Manage deliveries (and related interface documents) of GEV equipment to KAPES • Coordination of RFIs, NCRs, as-built and others relevant processes • Drive coordination between KAPES/KEPCO and GEV regarding all site matters • Drive GE’s problem resolution, animate GEV community to support KAPES • Ensure alignment of expectation between project team and customers • Assist/support project material inspection such as check-list readiness, missing & faulty material follow-up, preparing report if required • Attend regular meeting to keep informed site progress and report if required • Support/coordinate GEV’s supervisors such as work permission (incl. EHS) and site work

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Experiences of construction activities
  • Knowledge of HVDC is a plus
  • Engineering degree
  • Basic skill of MS Word, Excel, PPT
  • Basic skill of IT devices
  • Quality management experience preferred
  • System project and/or large project site experience preferred

Role Description Campus Apartments is seeking a Capital Project Manager for immediate hire to bid out and manage small and large projects, and remotely teach and manage site team managers. - Act as the owner’s representative and project manager on capital improvement projects at various owned and managed commercial apartment properties. - Coordinate, oversee, and monitor the successful bidding, contracting, and completion of capital improvement projects ranging from property redevelopments to small renovations of properties ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and standards. - Develop budgets and scopes of work from inspections of buildings during due diligence periods and typical property inspections. - Coordinate work activities with regional management personnel and property staff. - Inspect and sign off on work per Company standards. - Routinely report on project status, and report monthly on portfolio capital plan. - Conduct inspections of operating properties to assess 5 year capital needs at properties, and write and execute 5 year capital plans as needed. - Travel to conduct due diligence, inspections, budgeting, and construction supervision as needed and as directed (approximately 33%).
