The PHRN Chart Auditor is responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of patient care documentation in accordance with established standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of prehospital patient records. The PHRN Chart Auditor will collaborate closely with clinical staff, managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback for ongoing education and training. - Conduct thorough reviews of prehospital patient care records to ensure compliance with established protocols and regulatory requirements. - Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation, including assessments, treatments, interventions, and other relevant information. - Identify discrepancies, errors, or omissions in patient care documentation and provide constructive feedback to clinical staff and management. - Collaborate with clinical teams to address and rectify identified issues, and provide guidance on best practices for accurate record-keeping. - Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines governing prehospital patient care documentation. - Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and training materials related to proper documentation practices. - Generate reports summarizing audit findings and trends, and present findings to relevant stakeholders as needed. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient care quality and documentation accuracy. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to prehospital patient care documentation.

Committee Chair – Volunteer Role Overview The Committee Chair is a leadership role within South Project, responsible for guiding a volunteer committee to plan, organize, and execute key community events, including our Annual Community Baby Shower and other programs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for young mothers and families in our community. Role Description We are currently looking for auditors based in the United States to collaborate with us on a need-to-basis (project-based) engagement. Please note: Applications from candidates inside the United States will be accepted only. - Perform audits of halal food / pharma / cosmetic facilities, supply chains, and related processes to ensure compliance with relevant halal and quality standards (e.g., OIC/SMIIC, GSO, SJPH, etc.). - Evaluate documentation, procedures, and practices to verify adherence to halal certification requirements. - Assess the effectiveness of halal management systems (HMS) and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare detailed audit reports, including non-conformities, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions. - Communicate audit findings to clients and provide guidance on achieving and maintaining compliance. - Offer technical support and advice to clients on implementing and improving halal systems. - Verify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively to address non-conformities. - Ensure that certified organizations maintain ongoing compliance with applicable standards. - Participate in training and professional development to maintain auditing competence. - Work closely with certification body teams, including other auditors, technical managers, and certification decision-makers. - Support the development and improvement of audit protocols and certification processes. - Travel to client sites, which may include domestic and international locations, to conduct on-site audits. Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or a related field. - Additional certifications in halal auditing (e.g., lead auditor, FSSC 22000, or equivalent) are highly desirable. - Prior experience as a halal and/or food quality auditor or in implementing halal and/or food safety management systems. - In-depth understanding of halal, halal dietary laws, halal production requirements is a must. - Knowledge of halal and food safety standards (e.g., GSO, OIC/SMIIC, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000, etc.). - Familiarity with halal production processes, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in report writing and documentation. - Ethical and impartial, with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the certification process. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Frequent travel to client sites, including remote or rural locations. - Flexible working hours to accommodate audit schedules and client needs.
