• The Director of Client Solutions has ownership and accountability for all activities related to the execution, implementation, and success of assigned accounts. • This role will articulate the value MLS (Momentum Life Sciences) can deliver to confidently upsell new product offerings, have a strong ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations, and have outstanding interpersonal skills to juggle multiple priorities. • Ability to build Sr. level relationships. • Engage and influence at a senior level with confidence and a strong ability to network and build relationships across all levels of the organization. • Providing client oversight, engagement, management, and ongoing communication ability to deeply understand a clients business and articulate the value MLS can deliver through analyzing and packaging data to deliver a compelling value story; data minded with ability to build and implement a measurement strategy that consistently communicates value and evaluates the project against the objectives. • Intellectually curious demonstrating a strong ability to ask the right questions on your feet, always looking for ways to improve and innovate on our offerings, and confidently upsell new enhancements to grow the business. • Persistent & resilient displaying personal conviction, ownership, and sense of urgency to deliver results. • Ability to independently make decisions in the most ambiguous situations. • Responsiveness to client needs; fast is better than slow; energized by new challenges and rallying others to seize the opportunity. • Accountable to review and monitor sales forecasts, management fees, hour tracking, and utilization to ensure client goals are met within budget. • Develop scope of services and communicate with clients around statement of work, budget, and any additional fees associated with the project; responsible to oversee project management of all brand/network initiatives which includes meeting regularly with the project team to understand status, barriers, creativity solve problems, etc. • Responsible to run effective kickoff meetings and regular progress update meetings with applicable internal stakeholders. • Responsible for directing Project Managers on job-specific metrics and goals. • Departmental responsibilities to include interviewing, training, managing, coaching, and evaluating staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree with minimum 7 years of related agency and life sciences experience
- Agency, life sciences, and/or healthcare account management
- Ability to flex up and flex down as needed
- Demonstrated experience in retention and growth of accounts
- Proven experience with data analysis
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communicator with presentation experience to multiple audiences
- Proven adaptability to changing business demands and product relevance in a fast paced environment
- Team and solution oriented
- Detail oriented, highly accurate, and strong organizational and customer service skills
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast paced environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- High learning agility
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
