• Manage and prioritize inbound and warm leads while maintaining consistent follow-ups • Build relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and asset managers • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records • Coordinate site visits and present tailored proposals to prospective partners • Drive the full sales process from initial inquiry through to signed agreement • Collaborate with founders and operations to move deals forward and close opportunities
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record managing pipelines and closing deals
- Strong verbal communication and professional written communication skills
- Confidence running sales calls and presenting solutions to clients
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience selling to U.S. customers (Brownie points)
- Experience selling to property managers, ownership groups, or real estate companies (Brownie points)
Benefits
- $2,000 – $3,000 per month base salary + uncapped commission
