Your Role - Develop, implement, and enhance IT Disaster Recovery processes, procedures, and documentation. - Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end DR planning, including strategy development, scope definition, scheduling, and communication. - Conduct DR tests, manage test cycles, facilitate technical team preparation, and oversee execution and post‑test reporting. - Communicate proactively with business owners, technical teams, and stakeholders on DR activities, business impacts, risks, and remediation plans. - Prepare and deliver monthly DR reports, annual DR summaries, audit documentation, and responses to audit queries. - Work closely with Customers, Delivery Managers, and Resolver Teams to determine priorities, requirements, timelines, and necessary resources.
