• Design and execute data migration strategies (ETL) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) • Analyze legacy ERP systems, data structures, and data quality to ensure clean and consistent data transfer • Support requirement validation and ensure alignment between business needs and implemented ERP solutions • Define and implement data mappings, transformation logic, and validation rules • Build and manage integrations between Business Central (ERP) and third-party systems (APIs, middleware, Azure services) • Support technical solution design with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability • Execute data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and hypercare phases • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end ERP delivery • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and IT standards • Document technical designs, migration logic, and integration flows

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, ERP system integration, or data migration projects
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
  • Proven track record in data migration (ETL), data mapping, and data quality management within ERP environments
  • Experience with APIs, integration platforms, and Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Data Factory)
  • Solid understanding of SQL, data models, and data transformation
  • Hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in complex, international ERP project environments
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
