The content is primarily talking-head style, so the ideal candidate understands how to keep videos engaging through pacing, storytelling, and retention techniques, not just basic cuts. Responsibilities: - Edit talking-head YouTube videos with strong pacing and structure - Improve viewer retention through: - Smart cuts and timing - On-screen text and visual aids - B-roll, graphics, or relevant overlays - Enhance videos with music, sound effects, and transitions where appropriate - Add visual elements to support educational/AI content clarity - Maintain consistent style and quality across all videos - Collaborate with the team and implement feedback - Stay updated with YouTube editing trends and formats

• You create engaging video content for our digital platforms and performance campaigns, including editing, on-screen text and sound design. • You edit footage provided by our content partners and UGC creators. • You develop creative and informative teasers with compelling headlines, descriptions, and visual elements. • You actively participate in topic research and idea generation. • You support the concepting and planning of new video formats. • You share responsibility for content management — from reviewing and archiving to preparing and uploading content. • You shoot footage independently and have experience with modern video techniques — this is a project-based task and not part of your daily routine.

You’ll collaborate with creators and clients to craft compelling content, ensuring each project captures the story and vision behind the brand or event. Responsibilities: - Edit real estate showcase videos highlighting properties in an engaging and visually appealing style. - Edit wedding films to capture emotional storytelling, pacing, and memorable moments. - Add creative transitions, music syncing, color grading, and pacing adjustments to enhance the final product. - Deliver polished drafts with fast turnaround times, often on overnight schedules. - Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure edits match the brand style and client expectations. - Provide revisions as needed and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role involves crafting engaging short-form and mid-length video content, including social media reels, promos, and branded campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with an understanding of editing trends, platform dynamics, and cultural nuances to produce videos that drive engagement and create meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities - Edit short-form and mid-length videos such as reels, social media ads, promos, and content explainers. - Implement engaging hooks, dynamic pacing, and a strong narrative rhythm to maximize viewer retention. - Tailor editing styles to suit platform-specific behaviors (e.g., fast cuts for Instagram, scroll-stopping openers for YouTube Shorts). - Enhance video quality through thoughtful color grading, text animations, transitions, and immersive sound design. - Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and creative leads to bring scripts and visual concepts to life. - Stay updated on current editing trends, meme formats, cultural references, and audio trends to keep content fresh and relatable. - Analyze ad performance metrics and apply learnings to improve edits for better click-through and completion rates. - Edit videos in the required language Hindi, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and strong storytelling for the target audience.
