Integration Manager
Curana Health
• Develop comprehensive cross-functional integration plans for acquired businesses and lead post-deal planning. • Drive the back-end execution of M&A transactions to full integration including integration due diligence, strategy, planning and execution and partner closely with the M&A, business and functional leaders to create value from M&A. • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, legal, finance, HR operations, and other relevant teams, to ensure alignment and execution of integration activities. • Continue to improve the company's M&A integration approach in alignment with overall business objectives and the evolution of our operations. • Drive change management approach and build communications infrastructure to efficiently and consistently manage employee experience through integrations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate M&A. Preferably within Healthcare Services.
- Strong analytical acumen with demonstrated experience in financial and operational analysis.
- Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators and experience working with operational healthcare data sources.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
