APAC Events Lead Singapore At Nscale, we’re building the engine of superintelligence - a full-stack AI infrastructure platform spanning energy, data centres, and cloud. From sovereign AI deployments to next-generation GPU infrastructure, we power the systems shaping the future of intelligence. We are looking for an APAC Events Lead to own and scale our presence across one of the most dynamic AI markets globally. This role will define how Nscale shows up across APAC — from flagship industry events and executive roundtables to strategic partner activations. You will not just run events, you will shape regional strategy, build partnerships, and drive measurable commercial impact through every interaction. You will also work closely with the UK & EMEA Events Lead and the North America Events Lead to ensure regional plans ladder into a cohesive global events strategy, while sharing best practices, aligning key moments, and maintaining consistency in how Nscale shows up worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing - Own the APAC events strategy - Define and execute a regional events roadmap aligned to Nscale’s commercial priorities - Identify key markets, moments, and opportunities to establish Nscale as a leading AI infrastructure partner - Lead high-impact event execution - Deliver a portfolio of flagship trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner activations - Ensure every event reflects Nscale’s positioning as a full-stack AI infrastructure provider - Drive partner-led activations - Collaborate with strategic partners to co-create impactful experiences - Expand Nscale’s footprint through joint events and ecosystem engagement - Own end-to-end delivery - Manage planning, logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines across multiple countries - Oversee booth builds, demo readiness, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution - Manage executive and speaker engagement - Own the delivery of keynotes, panels, and private briefings across the region, working closely with the global comms team to ensure consistency, impact, and alignment with Nscale’s messaging - Operate at regional scale - Navigate multi-country logistics, vendors, and cultural nuances across APAC - Build scalable processes and playbooks for consistent execution - Measure and optimise performance - Define KPIs tied to pipeline, brand, and partnerships - Deliver post-event analysis with clear insights and recommendations What We Need To See - 6+ years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, or field marketing, ideally within AI, cloud, or infrastructure - Proven experience owning regional or multi-country event programs - Strong track record managing large-scale tradeshows and executive-level events - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex, fast-moving projects - Ability to operate independently while aligning with global teams - Willingness to travel frequently across APAC Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd - Experience within AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, or deep-tech ecosystems - Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and partner ecosystems - Experience building partner-led and co-branded events - Commercial mindset with the ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact - Confident working with senior stakeholders and executives - Language proficiency (both spoken & written) in English & Mandarin is a pre-requisite. Location - Location: Singapore Why This Role Matters APAC is a critical growth region for Nscale. As APAC Events Lead, you will: - Define how Nscale shows up in key markets - Build strategic relationships across the ecosystem - Turn complex infrastructure into compelling, real-world experiences
