Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Requirements

  • Ensure that all receipts (boletos, PIX, bank transfers) are correctly processed in the system.
  • Reconcile boletos and PIX, resolving discrepancies and ensuring consistency at financial close.
  • Manage boleto billing, including reviewing remittance and return files for banks.
  • Respond to support tickets related to cancellations, extensions, payment confirmations and other requests from schools.
  • Monitor platform receipts, decode them and ensure they are correctly posted and reconciled.
  • Register new services and payment plans in the system according to requests from school units.
  • Generate boletos for maintenance fees, one-off charges and extra services.
  • Ensure all bank remittances are generated, sent and processed correctly and on time.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation of receivables, keeping balances updated and consistent with the system.
  • Analyze daily cash flow variations and identify anomalies or deviations.
  • Create, analyze and deliver receivables reports with reliable, management-useful data.
  • Support the review and structuring of financial data, ensuring integrity and clarity in consolidated information.
  • Support internal and external audits by compiling documentation, evidence and information as requested.
