This data represents over 10 million patients and includes but is not limited to: - Structured data (e.g., 100% of the EMR, including some claims) - Unstructured text (e.g., clinical notes, radiology reports) - Images (e.g., DICOM, pathology) - Video - Waveforms - Continuous streaming monitoring data Your Role You are a data scientist or researcher with a background in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) who knows your way around clinical data and health economics simulation modeling. Your primary responsibility will be to own HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) projects from end-to-end that leverage Dandelion data and evaluate the impact of newly developed interventions in a patient population. These interventions range from traditional (therapeutics, medical devices) to more novel (newly developed AI algorithms that would impact the patient care journey when deployed in a healthcare setting) in nature. This role will be responsible for generating and disseminating scientific evidence to support the value proposition of different interventions for a range of stakeholders, including AI developers, providers, policymakers, and patients. You will work across the organization to curate datasets by identifying patient subpopulations or disease cohorts, develop HEOR and RWE models to evaluate the impact of therapeutic or algorithmic interventions, and provide health economic modeling output to support stakeholders in making decisions. You will use your data expertise, programming abilities, and critical thinking skills to support our technical product team, and develop your own analyses to derive insights and enhance our datasets based on the use case.
