The Opportunity As a Conflicts Analyst, you will utilize Intapp Open conflicts software and online research tools to generate accurate reports on the firm’s prior involvement with parties involved in potential new business. Demonstrate ability to compile, review, filter, synthesize, and determine logical conclusions or recommendations based on data and information which is varied in content and format. - Be a self-starter; able to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment; and exercise independent judgment in performing all aspects of your assignments. - Perform preliminary analysis of conflicts search results, for review by a Conflicts Attorney - Other responsibilities as required You Have - A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. - At least three years’ experience in conflicts in a law firm setting, required. - Proficiency with relational conflicts databases, such as Intapp Open or LegalKey. - Proficiency in the use of online corporate research databases, such as Dun & Bradstreet and Capital IQ. - Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn new software is required.
