We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Acoustical Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on sound control, noise mitigation, and acoustic design across a variety of environments, including commercial buildings, residential developments, and industrial facilities. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality acoustic solutions that meet performance standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Acoustic Analysis & Design * Conduct acoustic assessments, noise studies, and sound modeling for various projects. * Design and recommend solutions for sound insulation, noise control, and vibration mitigation. * Evaluate building materials and structures for acoustic performance and compliance. Project Consulting & Delivery * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate acoustic solutions into project designs. * Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles, from concept to completion. * Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and recommendations based on analysis results. Compliance & Standards * Ensure projects meet local, state, and federal noise regulations and industry standards. * Stay current with acoustic codes, environmental noise requirements, and best practices. * Support environmental impact assessments and regulatory submissions where required. Testing & Field Support * Perform or oversee field measurements, sound testing, and validation activities. * Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions when necessary. * Provide remote or occasional on-site support for project validation. Role Description The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. • Design and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI with a focus on clarity, consistency, and performance. • Translate business requirements into visualizations and metrics (DAX/Power Query), defining dataviz standards and governance. • Integrate and operationalize data on AWS (e.g., S3, Athena/Glue, Redshift) for consumption in Power BI. • Lead presentations and workshops with global stakeholders, promoting actionable insights.

• Analyze and optimize business processes related to document management and digital workflows • Implement, configure, and customize d.velop products (d.3ecm, d.velop documents, d.velop invoice, etc.) • Conduct workshops, end-user trainings, and project presentations • Advise our clients in the housing industry on best practices, technical possibilities, and digitization potential • Prepare concepts, documentation, and technical specifications • Work closely with project management, development, and support teams • On-site customer visits as required (planned & coordinated)
