• Analyze and optimize business processes related to document management and digital workflows • Implement, configure, and customize d.velop products (d.3ecm, d.velop documents, d.velop invoice, etc.) • Conduct workshops, end-user trainings, and project presentations • Advise our clients in the housing industry on best practices, technical possibilities, and digitization potential • Prepare concepts, documentation, and technical specifications • Work closely with project management, development, and support teams • On-site customer visits as required (planned & coordinated)

• Analysis of client requirements and requirements management • Consulting in digitalization projects on information technologies such as CRM, CMS, PIM, MAM, publishing, e-commerce, and the associated systems and processes • Advising on process optimization and change management — both within projects and across multiple projects • Developing comprehensive, customer-specific end-to-end solutions and concepts for implementing systems and processes • Project leadership in national and international client environments, applying internal project management standards and tools • Further development of existing client relationships and generation of follow-up projects

• Take responsibility for projects in Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture • Plan, design, and implement migrations and transformations in Microsoft Azure • Advise business customers comprehensively and conceptually on Azure architectures, operating models, and best practices • Provide hands-on support during technical implementation • Ensure scalable, secure, and operationally stable Azure environments • Consider security, compliance, and governance standards to protect sensitive data • Produce technical concepts, architecture documentation, and operational runbooks in German and English • Actively contribute to the further development of the Microsoft and Azure business area

• Analyze and structure customer requirements for service reporting, KPIs, and Service Level Management, and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Configure and implement klaricore solutions, including SQL-based data models and KPI calculation logic (Oracle / PostgreSQL) • Design, build, and support REST API-based integrations and customer-specific extensions • Lead technical workshops, onboarding, and training, and advise customers on KPI and reporting best practices • Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams • Take ownership of customer projects, including technical delivery, product demonstrations, and high-level effort estimation
