Medical Assistant Instructors help take care of students through their lifecycle with Ross! We are looking for experienced online instructors for hybrid and full online students in our Medical Assistant programs. Preference for former Ross Instructors and qualifying Ross Grads. Must live in a state where we have an on ground campus. Working with students on achieving a certificate/diploma and/or Associate Degree. Use Ross curriculum, supplemented with your own work/life experiences and medical knowledge. You will have regular communication and interaction with your students through your comments and discussions. This is an active and supportive online environment for students, so you will need to allow enough time each week to communicate promptly with students and other staff. Training and "ramp up" hours are provided. Online MA QualificationsRequirements Prior teaching experience teaching online using a contemporary LMS or as an online student using Canvas 3+ years’ recent experience in the medical field in which you will be teaching and formal training from an accredited institution. Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant. Individuals without a formal education, must have with a minimum of 5+ years’ recent experience working in the medical field in which you will be teaching and a national certification. Additional requirements or exceptions may be applicable based on the state, program, and accreditation requirements. No prior teaching experience required. Must supply own equipment and have reliable high speed internet access Must live/work in a state where Ross already does business or has employees (MI, OH, IN, KY, TN, WV, IA, NM, FL, GA, AZ, AL) Strongly Preferred: Ross Graduate or former Ross Instructor Please note: Current Ross Instructors can’t teach residential and online classes at the same time. • Establish, review, and approve TMS clinical protocols consistent with applicable standards of care, payer requirements, and Colorado and federal law. • Evaluate and confirm patient eligibility for TMS treatment, including treatment-resistant depression criteria where applicable. • Authorize initial TMS treatment plans and provide periodic review of active TMS cases in accordance with clinical standards and payer requirements. • Remain reasonably available during normal business hours for TMS-related consultation and psychiatric oversight questions. • Participate in TMS-specific quality assurance and improvement activities, including chart review, documentation review, risk-based case selection, and corrective action planning when indicated. • Exercise authority to suspend, modify, or discontinue TMS services when clinically or legally necessary to protect patient safety or maintain regulatory compliance. • Ensure TMS ordering and approval processes are consistent with payer credentialing, supervision, and rendering-provider rules, and that claims are not submitted in a manner that misrepresents specialty, supervision, or provider identity. • Review prescribing related to TMS protocols only to the extent required for clinical appropriateness, payer compliance, or regulatory requirements. • Provide consultative input for emergency escalation questions when available, while recognizing that emergency activation and transfer to higher-acuity care must not be delayed pending physician contact. • Participate in periodic quality, compliance, and oversight meetings and maintain appropriate documentation of findings, reviewed cases, and recommended corrective actions. • Promptly notify the Practice of any licensure issue, investigation, discipline, restriction, DEA action, loss of board certification, exclusion, or other adverse event that could affect the ability to perform the role.

Who you are: You are a Cardiologist or Pulmonologist physician. You are ideally licensed across multiple states, experience in telehealth and able to be credentialed easily. You will be charged first and foremost with overseeing initial evaluations (asynchronous or synchronous) with our patients as well as providing additional oversight (monthly treatment plans, referral for RPM as needed). We are looking for an experienced UM Medical Director to lead the clinical integrity of our utilization management function. This physician leader will focus specifically on inpatient and post-acute care reviews, ensuring timely and appropriate care determinations for our Medicare Advantage members. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will evaluate medical necessity for hospital admissions, continued stays, and post-acute services (SNF, IRF, LTACH, and Home Health), ensuring all decisions align with CMS regulations and evidence-based practices. What You Will Do - Utilization Review: Conduct clinical reviews for inpatient admissions and post-acute settings using evidence-based guidelines (MCG, InterQual) and CMS criteria. - Complex Case Management: Serve as the primary physician reviewer for escalated or complex cases requiring high-level medical judgment. - Peer-to-Peer Consultation: Engage in peer-to-peer discussions with attending physicians to clarify clinical documentation and support the appropriate level of care. - Strategic Collaboration: Partner with care management teams to identify utilization trends and develop interventions to reduce unnecessary admissions or extended stays. - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all decisions are documented in strict accordance with NCQA, CMS, and organizational standards. - Quality Improvement: Contribute expertise to initiatives focused on readmission reduction and transitions of care.
