Appfire is looking for a talented Product Manager to lead integration of the 7pace Timetracker app with other Appfire apps as well as launch new app integrations with other ecosystems beyond Azure DevOps. Your mission will be to translate both internal and external customer needs into integrated time tracking solutions. In partnership with the leadership team, you will develop and deliver a clear strategy for a category of products that establishes a winning position in the marketplace. Within this role, you will partner with key stakeholders including our talented stars in engineering, marketing & support to accelerate growth and improve customer engagement within your product category. What You Will Do: - Overall product management responsibility for 7pace Timetracker integration solutions; - Provide technical product vision and leadership for the solution, informed through regular market & competitive analysis and customer interviews; - Lead execution of roadmap with supporting team including definition of product requirements, business case development, project milestones and go-to-market activities; - With the leadership team, develop and deliver a clear strategy that establishes a winning position in the marketplace; - Partner with key stakeholders including engineering, marketing & support to ensure successful delivery of your products; - Establish and track goals against KPIs for your products, including adoption and cost metrics as well as other leading indicators; - Report against progress and develop remediation plans where necessary. About You: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or relevant subject area (required); - MBA (preferred); - Minimum three (3) + years of technical product management experience (required); - Minimum two (2) + years managing SaaS / Subscription-based software product; - Three (3)+ years experience using product analytics tools; - Understanding of technologies like Cloud Computing, Data residency, API limitations, and Prototyping tools; - Understanding of development concepts and logic; - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and execution skills; - Strong communicator and collaborator. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market. The TPM will lead cross-company programs that align roadmaps, accelerate platform adoption, support cloud transformation, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives across both organizations. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, partnership-savvy, and experienced in leading complex, cross-functional programs across company boundaries. This role ensures that we are not just reacting to platform changes—but proactively shaping and executing joint initiatives that drive long-term success for both companies and our shared customers. We’re looking for an Ad Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our advertising products across web, mobile, video, and emerging platforms. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, user experience, and technology - ensuring that our ad experiences drive business growth while maintaining exceptional user engagement and editorial integrity. You’ll partner with Ad Operations, Engineering, Data, and Revenue Strategy teams to build high-performing, privacy-aware, and technically elegant ad products that scale across The Arena Group’s network. What You’ll Do: Ad Product Strategy - Own the end-to-end ad product roadmap - across display, video, native, and commerce-adjacent formats. - Collaborate with Revenue Strategy and the Encore Curation Desk to expand curated, contextual, and high-performance marketplace offerings. - Translate business objectives (e.g., revenue, RPS, viewability, latency) into actionable ad-tech product plans. - Evaluate emerging opportunities across programmatic curation, contextual intelligence, and first-party data activation. - Build durable monetization systems resilient to changing privacy and browser policies (including Chrome’s evolving cookie stance). Technical Execution & Optimization - Serve as the technical lead for ad-product solutions: integrating new bidders, testing Prebid modules, configuring GAM line items, or validating tag logic. - Debug and QA ad delivery using Chrome DevTools, Publisher Console, and network-level inspection - identifying latency, creative render errors, CLS impact, and auction inefficiencies. - Maintain a deep working knowledge of the OpenRTB spec, including bidstream structure, deal ID logic, floor pricing, and supply chain transparency. - Partner with Ads Ops to drive ongoing yield optimization: price floors, refresh rules, ad density, viewability tactics, and auction configuration. - Ensure ad code and loading strategies improve Page Load and Core Web Vitals and respect user experience - balancing monetization with performance and engagement. Data, Targeting & Measurement - Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen first-party data pipelines and model how data depth influences CPMs, fill rates, and win rates. - Support the evolution of curated audience products, enabling buyer precision and publisher control. - Collaborate with BI to build transparent dashboards for key monetization metrics: yield, fill, RPS, latency, and viewability.
