Position Summary The Associate Manager, Client Solutions is responsible for the day-to-day issue management, inventory management, retention and growth of an assigned book of business. Success comes through strong, collaborative partnerships internally with Operations, Finance, information Technology, and Client Management (matrix partners), as well as developing and maintaining deep client partnerships and keeping a keen eye on revenue. LOCATION: This remote position requires that candidates reside in the following eligible states: Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan. General Duties and Responsibilities - Performs all duties with client satisfaction as the core focus - Develop in-depth knowledge of required applications, data configuration and management, operational processes, troubleshooting and problem-solving tactics and tools - Build strong client relationships through acting as a trusted consultant, responding promptly to client issues towards resolution, and providing client education on product, processes, and best practices - Act as the primary contact and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned accounts, both internally and externally - Utilize project management concepts including coordination across all departments - Drive and collaborate with internal matrix partners on improving client best practices and process improvements that will enhance efficiency and revenue - Other duties as assigned Experience - Demonstrated experience and understanding of a key healthcare market segment and associated KPIs - Demonstrated ability to develop and foster long-term customer partnerships - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across facets of organization to meet customer satisfaction goals and objectives Skills - High level of commitment, energy, drive, initiative - Ability to work with limited direction while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment - Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Basic project management skills, including leading teams and working collaboratively - Willingness to learn and understand supported product and systems - Strong client care, and/or account management background - Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to grow and invest in deep relationships with operations and other internal departments to ensure product savings are realized Required Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in client service positions and/or project management with client contact. Preferred experience in healthcare, subrogation, medical insurance Travel: Up to 15% travel may be required.
