We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director of Implementations to lead our implementations. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex client implementations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across processes and teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of subrogation service delivery. LOCATION: This remote position requires that candidates reside in the following eligible states: Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 8+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of managing large-scale B2B implementations and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS industries is a plus.
