About you You have experience managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering effectively with hiring managers across a variety of roles. You are comfortable working with systems such as ATS and HRIS platforms and bring a practical, process-driven approach to improving how work gets done. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and are able to effectively engage candidates while conveying the company’s value and opportunity. About the role The People & Talent Partner plays a critical role in shaping how we attract and integrate talent by owning end-to-end recruiting and onboarding, while helping build and maintain effective, scalable people processes. This role partners closely with hiring managers to execute structured hiring practices, deliver a strong candidate experience, and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one. As a primary point of contact for candidates and new employees, this role serves as a key representative of the company, shaping first impressions and reinforcing the company’s values and brand. The People & Talent Partner supports core people operations, including systems, workflows, and employee lifecycle processes. With a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, this role strengthens how the organization attracts, integrates, and supports talent in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment. This position reports directly to the Director, Human Resources. What you'll do - Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple roles and departments - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and structured interview plans - Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines within the ATS while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and consistent communication - Ensure hiring practices are structured, equitable, and aligned with company standards, including designing processes that maintain candidate authenticity and mitigate risks related to AI-assisted resume inflation, proxy interviewing, and other forms of interview fraud - Develop and implement effective evaluation methods, including structured interviews, work samples, and technical assessments - Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including new hire setup and structured 30-60-90 day plans - Build and maintain scalable onboarding resources to improve time-to-productivity - Maintain accurate employee records and manage employee lifecycle updates, including offer letters, promotions, and compensation changes within the HRIS - Support key people programs, including performance reviews, employee communications, and policy updates - Ensure people processes remain organized, compliant, and scalable in a distributed environment - Act as a power user of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding tools), driving adoption, optimization, and workflow improvements through automation and integrations - Utilize dashboards and reporting to track recruiting and people metrics, enabling data-informed decision making - Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency, enhance workflows, and support data-driven decision making while maintaining hiring integrity - Support the evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies, including AI-enabled tools Qualifications Minimum Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent operations, or a related field within a technology or SaaS organization - At least 2 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including hiring for technical and/or cross-functional roles (e.g., engineering, product, customer experience) - Experience working with modern HR systems, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems, in a digital or remote-first environment - Demonstrated experience improving or building recruiting, onboarding, or people processes in a fast-paced or scaling organization - Experience leveraging data, reporting, or dashboards to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes - Familiarity with emerging trends in AI within recruiting, including awareness of risks such as AI-assisted resume generation and interview fraud - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Essential Skills - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, including technical teams - Ability to design and execute structured, data-driven hiring processes, including behavioral and technical interview frameworks - Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to optimize workflows, leverage automation, and improve scalability through technology - Comfort navigating and evaluating modern HR tech stacks, including ATS, HRIS, and AI-enabled tools - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting and people metrics to drive continuous improvement - Strong judgment and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining hiring integrity and identifying risks related to AI-assisted candidate misrepresentation - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment across teams - High adaptability and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving, tech-enabled environment - Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions Other Duties This job description is intended to provide an overview of the position and does not represent a comprehensive list of duties.
