What You’ll Bring (Requirements): - Must-Haves: - 2+ years of solid experience in Paraplanning (Australian market exposure is essential). - Expertise in personal insurance strategies and underwriting nuances. - Proficiency in Australian financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Risk Researcher). - Exceptional written and spoken English. - Nice-to-Haves: - Relevant certifications (DFP, ADFP, or RegCert). - Experience in high-volume, fully remote environments.
