What you’ll do: - Be the first point of contact for new clients and determine if they’re a good fit for Skye. - Partner with our support team to research, prepare, and deliver insurance proposals (Statements of Advice). - Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings (clear, calm, and human). - Work with our support team to implement applications and keep clients and insurers updated throughout the process. - Manage ongoing client relationships and queries with care and attention to detail. - Join our monthly Junior Adviser meetings to provide feedback and mentor newer advisers. - Deliver great advice to mostly new-to-insurance clients who’ve been referred into the business. - The best part?
