Deine Aufgaben Wir suchen einen Datenanalysten, der die Datenfunktion von Scompler von Grund auf aufbaut und verantwortet. Du wirst die Daten, die wir bereits zu Produkt, Vertrieb und Kundenerfolg haben, zu einer einzigen zusammenhängenden Grundlage zusammenführen - und sie in Erkenntnisse umwandeln, die bessere Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen ermöglichen. Diese Rolle fungiert als interner Datenservice: funktionsübergreifend im Umfang, ergebnisorientiert in der Umsetzung und strategisch in der Ausrichtung. Du analysierst nicht nur vorhandene Daten, sondern hilfst auch beim Aufbau der Integrations- und Reporting-Ebene, die Daten zu einem echten Gewinn für Scompler machen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Engineering-Team an der Infrastruktur und mit dem Product Leadership an strategischen Prioritäten zusammen. Deine Mission: Transformiere Scompler von einem datenreichen Unternehmen zu einem datengesteuerten. Verbinde Produktnutzungsdaten, kommerzielle Daten und qualitative Signale zu einer einzigen verlässlichen Quelle. Stelle sicher, dass diese Daten für jedes Team zum richtigen Zeitpunkt zugänglich, vertrauenswürdig und verwertbar sind. In deinem ersten Jahr bedeutet Erfolg: unsere aktuelle Datenlandschaft und Tools zu auditieren, die wichtigsten Geschäftsfragen aller Abteilungen zu verstehen, Reporting für die zentralen Anforderungen aufzubauen (Product Analytics, Customer Health, kommerzielle Segmentierung) und eine Roadmap für die Dateninfrastruktur zu erstellen, die wir zukünftig brauchen. - Konsolidiere Daten aus Produkt-, kommerziellen und kundenorientierten Quellen zu einer integrierten, zuverlässigen Grundlage - Bewerte und empfehle BI-Tools, die zu unserer Phase passen und einen Self-Service-Ansatz über Teams hinweg ermöglichen - Verbessere gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung die Qualität des Event-Trackings im Produkt, um saubere, strukturierte und zuverlässige Nutzungsdaten zu gewährleisten - Schaffe eine Churn-Intelligenz: Identifiziere Verhaltensmuster in abgewanderten Accounts und übersetze diese in Frühwarnsignale, die eine proaktive Kundenansprache ermöglichen - Entwickle Produktanalysen, die die Akzeptanz von Features mit Retention- und Expansionsergebnissen korrelieren - ersetze Proxy-Metriken durch evidenzbasierte Priorisierung - Schaffe kommerzielle Intelligenz, indem du Produktnutzungs- und kommerzielle Daten kombinierst, um den Kundenstamm nach Reife, Branche und Anwendungsfall zu segmentieren - z.B. zur Aufdeckung von Marktpotenzial - Verantworte die Datenebene für Customer Health und QBRs: Stelle eine gemeinsame, zuverlässige Ansicht pro Account bereit, die Customer Success und Sales für interne Planung und kundenorientierte Reviews nutzen können - Verwalte ein transparentes Backlog an Datenanfragen aus allen Abteilungen - priorisiere diese anhand der Unternehmensziele und liefere klare Ergebnisse - Berate Teams dabei, wie sie Fragestellungen zu Daten formulieren, Ergebnisse richtig interpretieren und fundierte Schlussfolgerungen ziehen können - Fördere gemeinsam mit dem Leadership-Team die Datenkompetenz im gesamten Unternehmen: Lege gemeinsame Metrikdefinitionen fest, dokumentiere die Logik und etabliere einen Self-Service-Ansatz, damit Standardfragen auch ohne deine Hilfe beantwortet werden können - Trage zu reproduzierbaren Berichtsansichten für GM-, Investoren- und Finanz-Reporting bei Dein Profil - 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in einem SaaS- oder B2B-Produktumfeld - Starke SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit realen, unstrukturierten Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen - Praktische Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z.B.
