Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila) Data Annotator Summary: - The Emerging Technologies Enablement Team (ETE) performs data labeling tasks that support machine learning model and AI development within the Tech organization and across Capital One. This team plays a critical role in reviewing, evaluating, and annotating data to train AI models with the highest quality, accuracy, relevance, fluency, and compliance standards. General Responsibilities: - Review and analyze AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance - Annotate data entry, perform data research activities according to Data Scientist instruction and Capital One guidelines - Assist in developing and refining annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in the labeling process - Identify and report any data quality issues or anomalies encountered during annotation process - Manage workload appropriately; efficiently service multiple requests, work with AI development team or dedicated lines of business to execute within deadlines - Collaborate within teams and across teams as part of process initiatives and performance standards - Expected to maintain SME knowledge of processes and support production work to maintain workflow and meet established deadlines - Potential assignment or rotation across related sub-functions - Exhibits flexibility and responds quickly to meet changing business needs including other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time Basic Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and relevant experience in the field - Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work-related experience in a BPO or similar industry - Skills Required: - Good communication skills, - Analytical skills and Critical Thinking Skills for content evaluation - Strong skills in writing and editing Preferred Qualifications: - Have a natural curiosity for learning new things and be energized by the opportunity to help shape and influence a new type of work - Have demonstrated consistently strong performance in Results Focus, Teamwork, and Customer Focus - Enjoy working with data and feel confident with working in spreadsheets - Have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Be a frequent and effective contributor to team discussions No agencies please.
