• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely responses. • Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and permit statuses. • Coordinate with project managers to gather necessary documentation for permits. • Provide support in troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary. • Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions. • Track and report on customer feedback to improve service processes. • Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
