Technical Consultant – Service Reporting & KPI Solutions

• Analyze and structure customer requirements for service reporting, KPIs, and Service Level Management, and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Configure and implement klaricore solutions, including SQL-based data models and KPI calculation logic (Oracle / PostgreSQL) • Design, build, and support REST API-based integrations and customer-specific extensions • Lead technical workshops, onboarding, and training, and advise customers on KPI and reporting best practices • Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams • Take ownership of customer projects, including technical delivery, product demonstrations, and high-level effort estimation
Job Requirements
- Excellent German for customer-facing activities and professional English required; residency in Germany required
- Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational data modeling (Oracle / PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with REST APIs and integration-based system architectures
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python preferred)
- Ability to analyze, structure, and document technical and business requirements
- Structured, analytical problem-solving skills with confident stakeholder communication
