• Conducts strategic calls with our students to advise, refine plans, and monitor the implementation of methodologies; • Helps nutritionists transition from the traditional single-consultation model to scalable, premium business models; • Translates business concepts into practical, simple, and personalized plans; • Collects and organizes student progress and performance metrics; • Provides individualized mentorship, ensuring each student has clarity, confidence, and consistency in their journey.

• Lead Journey Management: Assist in managing the entire relationship cadence and communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.). • Systems Operations: Manage and optimize our operational tools, including HubSpot, WhatsApp automation systems, and group management platforms. • Sales Enablement: Support the bridge between strategic decisions and sales operations, ensuring consultants have the tools and processes needed to perform. • Metrics Monitoring: Track CRM data and KPIs, translating numbers into actionable insights to improve the funnel. • Flow Optimization: Assist in developing and implementing new CRM automations focused on scheduling, closing, and retention. • Cross-functional Integration: Ensure information flows between Marketing (acquisition) and Sales (conversion) are aligned and functioning within the system.

• Develop, maintain and enhance backend applications using PHP and Laravel. • Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring security, performance and good documentation. • Work with MySQL databases, performing data modeling, queries and query optimization. • Integrate internal systems with external services and third-party APIs. • Implement and maintain automated tests (unit and/or integration). • Apply development best practices such as Clean Code, code organization and version control with Git. • Work in containerized environments (Docker) and on Linux systems. • Collaborate with the team on requirements analysis, troubleshooting technical issues and improving development processes.
