Organization: Coding-Infusion, Outpatient facility procedures Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY Reviews, accurately assigns, and abstracts professional and outpatient facility diagnostic and procedural codes to encounters. The individual must organize and prioritize coding work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital targets. Recognizes documentation clarification opportunities and initiates coding tasks. .
