Role Description We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to build AI-powered tools, agents, and internal applications that make our team faster, smarter, and more profitable. This is not a strategy or management role; it is a builder role. - Design, build, and iterate AI-powered internal tools and automations that improve efficiency across creative operations, campaign management, and back-office functions. - Vibe-code software collaboratively with internal stakeholders, turning ideas and business needs into fast, functional MVPs. - Build integrations with core tools including Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Frame.io, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). - Develop and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) with strong prompt engineering practices. - Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and structured output pipelines for internal knowledge bases and campaign data. - Build and maintain lightweight web applications and internal dashboards to support campaign tracking, creative operations, and KPI monitoring. - Develop automation for marketing workflows including lead scoring, campaign performance monitoring, and reporting pipelines. - Create AI-powered tools to assist campaign teams with content categorization, ad copy generation, and performance analysis. - Deploy and manage cloud-based applications using AWS, GCP, or Vercel. - Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase) to build semantic search and AI-enhanced retrieval systems. - Leverage low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool) where appropriate to accelerate delivery. - Design AI systems with proper permission boundaries and secure handling of sensitive client and campaign data. - Document systems, maintain internal AI playbooks, and continuously improve tooling architecture as the company scales. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and proactively improve reliability and user experience. - Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively recommend practical implementations aligned with company growth objectives. Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js). - Proven experience building internal tools, automations, or AI-powered workflows for business operations. - Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering. - Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. - Ability to build and deploy web applications using Vercel, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, or similar databases. - Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code review). - Strong debugging skills across AI outputs and system integrations. - Fluent English communication for async collaboration with a US-based team. Requirements - Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows. - Familiarity with creative or marketing workflows at a digital agency. - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase). - Knowledge of data pipelines and analytics dashboards. - Experience with low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool). - Familiarity with SEO, AI search optimization, or marketing analytics. Benefits - 100% Work From Home. - Salary: $2,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via bank transfer. - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
