Role Description We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer with expertise in Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, and Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday solutions, including integrations, custom reports, and system configurations. - Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCB (Cloud Connectors), PICOF, and PECI. - Build and enhance Workday Prism Analytics and Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT Reports). - Support and troubleshoot Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting modules. - Develop and manage Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Security Configurations. - Work with XSLT 3.0, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, and Web Services for data exchange and system integrations. - Manage Workday upgrades (WD29, WD30, etc.), release management, and feature adoption. - Lead and coordinate Workday implementation, enhancements, and production support. - Ensure seamless data migration and validation from PeopleSoft to Workday. - Oversee integration frameworks, mobile app deployment, and authentication mechanisms. - Utilize Agile methodologies, JIRA administration, and sprint planning for project execution. • Providing assistance, services, resources, referrals, and consultation on various Non-Medical Counseling (NMC)/Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and work/life issues to military service members and their families. • Handling and managing high-risk calls with professionalism and in accordance with established protocols. • Maintain the highest degree of sensitivity, compassion, and respect for service members and their families. • Conduct comprehensive professional assessments of users’ needs for core NMC/EAP and work/life services. • Meet requirements for and act as a mentor to new and less experienced triage consultants. • Ensure all calls are handled according to contractual service standards. • Act as a clinical Point of Contact (POC) for the supervisors when indicated by business needs. • Educate participants on specialty program offerings, promote services, and demonstrate knowledge of military culture. • Assess the needs of the caller to ensure first-call resolution of all presented needs. • Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
