• Own end-to-end daily market operations, including monitoring markets, resolving events accurately, and managing data feeds • Maintain operational documentation and workflows for event resolution, market rules, and data standards • Conduct structured research on markets, competitors, and event viability; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations • Ensure quality assurance across event listings, market descriptions, resolution criteria, and research references • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements with clear follow-through • Participate in cross-functional discussions and contribute insights that inform product and market strategy

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience in operations, research, fintech, crypto, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of market microstructure, onchain trading mechanics, or financial markets
  • Strong analytical skills, able to structure ambiguous problems and arrive at independent, well-reasoned conclusions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of accurate, high-quality work
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with data or AI tools (Notion, Sheets, SQL, Python)
  • Genuine interest in DeFi, event-based markets, and emerging financial primitives
