In this role, you will contribute to cross-site evaluations and lead the design and execution of qualitative data collection efforts. Your findings will drive actionable insights that influence key stakeholders in various sectors including health and public services. Engaging with diverse populations, you will ensure their voices are represented while delivering robust evaluation results. This fully remote position involves some travel and is contingent upon contract award. - Design and implement qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation activities aligned with program objectives. - Conduct primary data collection across multiple sites, facilitating key informant interviews and focus groups. - Develop and refine culturally relevant data collection instruments in both English and Spanish. - Maintain detailed qualitative codebooks for consistency and methodological rigor. - Perform qualitative and mixed-methods analyses to address evaluation questions. - Synthesize findings to highlight implementation barriers and facilitators. - Ensure data quality through coding processes and reliability checks. - Manage large datasets and prepare them for federal reporting. - Align evaluation activities with partner goals and federal requirements. - Lead the preparation of evaluation deliverables and high-quality dissemination materials. - Present evaluation methods and findings at national meetings. - Incorporate stakeholder experiences into evaluation design. - Ensure compliance with ethical research practices and federal requirements. - Coordinate data collection and interpretation across diverse settings. This role requires someone who can influence product and design direction through research, working across discovery and rapid evaluation to help the team decide what to do, what to change, and why.
