Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc. You will be our in-house expert, leveraging the BrightEdge platform to drive direct revenue, reduce our reliance on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and prepare our digital presence for the new era of AI-driven search (GEO). You will be the bridge between technical data and compelling guest experiences, ensuring our hotels are visible not just on Google, but on the platforms of the future. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise SEO Management (BrightEdge) - Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator for our BrightEdge You will build and maintain dashboards (Data Cube, StoryBuilder) to track Share of Voice against direct competitors. - Opportunity Auditing: Proactively identify opportunities in organic search for each property and execute the on-page optimizations. - Technical Health: Conduct technical audits to identify crawl errors, broken links, and core web vitals issues, and work with our web developers to resolve them quickly. 2. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & Innovation - Future-Proofing: Lead our transition from SEO to You will optimize content not just for keywords, but for "Answer Engine" readiness (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), ensuring our hotels are cited as the primary source for travel queries. - Structured Data: Manage and implement advanced Schema markup to ensure search engines and LLMs clearly understand our amenities, location data, and offers. - Continuous Learning: Act as the department's "futurist," staying ahead of algorithm updates and AI search trends to test new strategies before the competition does. 3. Content & Onsite Strategy - Content Collaboration: Partner with the digital team to create content briefs based on search intent. You won't just report on traffic; you will tell us what to write to capture it. - Local SEO: Own Yext relationship and Google Business Profiles (GBP), ensuring accuracy in hours, amenities, and photo galleries. What We’re Looking For - Experience: 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry. - Tool Expertise: You are a BrightEdge Power You don't just know how to log in; you know how to configure the platform to extract actionable insights. Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console is also required. - GEO Fluency: You have a working knowledge of how Large Language Models (LLMs) retrieve information and are excited to experiment with optimizing for AI. - Hospitality Mindset: You understand that data serves the guest You write copy that invites connection, avoiding transactional language (e.g., we prefer "Reserve Your Stay" over "Secure Your Room"). - Communication: You can explain complex SEO concepts to key stakeholders, including General Managers and stakeholders, without getting lost in the jargon.

Qualifications: - Minimum of a BA/BS, combined with a minimum of 7 years professional work experience. - 5+ years of sales experience in cardiovascular medical devices with a focus on cardiovascular and interventional cardiology products. Notably, selling, supporting, and managing structural heart products and therapies (including TAVI, LAAO, M/T TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD and Cardiac Imaging) is preferred. - Documented sales awards and achievements preferred. - Prior management experience a plus - Capital selling experience preferred. - Breadth and depth relationships within interventional cardiologists. - Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. - Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
