Job Requirements

  • Formación mínima Obligatoria: Grado o Técnico Superior (Nivel MECES 1 / Nivel 5 EQF) en el ámbito de Tecnologías de la Información, ingeniería, matemáticas, estadística o física .
  • Experiencia requerida: Mínimo 5 años en DevOps/MLOps, mínimo 2 años en proyectos de IA.
  • Conocimientos necesarios: DevOps y CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
  • Orquestación (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Herramientas MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC)
  • Monitorización (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to guide our Core AI Agentic Development Team. This role demands a dual focus: maintaining a hands-on technical presence while providing mentorship, architectural guidance, and leadership to a team of Senior AI Engineers.
