The Senior Staff – Medical & Scientific Affairs Liaison – Infectious Diseases and Microbiology primarily develop and executes on medical and scientific education for the Infectious Disease and Microbiology Disease area. The staff MSL also contributes to important Medical and Scientific initiatives such as fostering KOL relationships, participates in scientific advisory boards, sustaining of scientific and clinical studies and providing field intelligence to internal teams. Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in a Medical Affairs/Medical Science Liaison role or clinical practice preferred. - Extensive knowledge of clinical and laboratory practice in the testing, diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. - Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory or laboratory standards guidelines and medical terminology. - Proven track record to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, providers, laboratorians and other healthcare professionals. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both scientific and non-scientific audience.
