Oracle Cloud HCM Architect – Time & Labor, Absence

• Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. • Align existing client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs. • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality. • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them, through process or design. • Configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. • Analyze and resolving functionality issues as well as proactively identifying long-term solutions. • Lead and present to clients and internally. • Build future process flow diagrams. • Advise clients on options, risks and any impacts on other processes or systems. • Manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments. • Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts. • Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design. • Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product. • Develop and implement long-term client strategies. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies. • Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools that can enhance the client's operations. Help clients make informed decisions about adopting and implementing new technologies. • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the client. • Offer ongoing technical support to address any issues or concerns that arise after implementation. • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- Module-specific experience in Time and Absence Modules.
- 10 years of consulting experience or in related field.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding of business practice concepts in your module of expertise.
- Track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients.
- 5 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
- Previous experience working in IT companies.
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant.
- Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose.
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of project implementation methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams.
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
