Associate Principal Solution Architect

• Evangelize the value of Red Hat Solutions. • Work with the Account Executive and collaborate with the extended team to focus on the best manner to address your customer needs • Define, document, present, and demonstrate how the Red Hat product portfolio can enable next-generation IT and network architectures for telecommunications providers in the Cable, 5G, NFV IoT space. • Develop cross-industry solutions and architectures with Red Hat and partner products to apply Red Hat technologies and products to build synergy across Industry verticals in IoT, Telecom Managed services, and Cloud and Virtualization technologies for Edge solution architecture and delivery • Work with the ecosystem to position Red Hat as a key strategic vendor for telecommunications and NFV infrastructures, e.g. ISVS, NEPs, telecommunications, cloud providers, integrators, and hardware vendors • Deliver expert-level presentations and demonstrations for Red Hat products and solutions in the context of Telco IT operations teams and networks • Lead the technical responses to RFx processes • Design value-driven architectures and present their application and return on investment (ROI) • Contribute to growing and developing the business of the account in all aspects of the relationship, including on the telco network and the IT side, as well as developing the business partnership in place • Demonstrate and act as a role model of great leadership skills in an open organization, fostering a culture of success and inclusiveness • Position Red Hat at all levels within the customer, including C-level executives • Actively contribute to account plans and strategy sessions. • Develop technical account plans. • Maintain and develop new relationships within the assigned account • Exhibit a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently, while maintaining the team role and being an exceptional team player • Knowledge-sharing, and sharing of lessons learned where applicable
Job Requirements
- An advanced Computer Science and/or Engineering degree with specialties in cloud, networking/communications, and extensive engagement in open-source communities and industry forums is preferred.
- Extensive Telco industry knowledge and market insights, with a good understanding of current, new, and future technologies and business directions
- Solid technical skills in IT technologies used in telcos, such as Virtualization, Cloud, Container Platforms, and Microservices
- Understanding of the existing and new technologies used by the telecommunications industries is required, such as Cable, 5G, RAN, IoT, SDN, NFV
- Excellent presentation skills to both business and technical audiences
- Ability to learn new concepts and new technology quickly
- Reliable, committed, and organized, with the ability to handle change easily
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking
- Motivated and result-oriented with the ability to perform within a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Software Implementation Consultant is a customer-facing role responsible for leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software implementations and projects from contract handoff through go-live and stabilization. This role blends strong project management discipline, hands-on solution consulting, and software technical skills, ensuring customers adopt the platform successfully, on time, and with measurable business value. As a senior individual contributor, you will primarily serve as the owner of implementation projects, leading the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and solution configuration, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Replenishment Buyer – Food Industry Work Location: Remote - US Based Our Replenishment Buyer is an integral part of FreshRealm’s Food Purchasing Department in assisting in all buying activities and procedures related to Meal Kits within a Food-as-a-Service industry. This person will work in conjunction with the Central Supply Team, Operations, and Site Leadership to procure all raw materials and packaging and ensure that the right products, right quantities and pricing are available at the right time through acute attention to detail, strong follow-up, and communication skills. This role will work with the inventory, receiving, and planning teams within the plant to assure productivity and accuracy. The role will also measure usage, waste, and consumption rates to place orders and keep the facility in stock while maintaining appropriate safety stocks and efficient quantities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage handover from Sourcing Team to plan timely deliveries for samples and launch materials - Ensure that sourcing decisions provide the necessary balance between purchase cost, capacity, flexibility and supplier performance. - Manage site system-driven MRP to deliver planned purchases in coordination with delists to minimize waste and minimize additional fees and freight costs - Responsible for accurate and timely PO creation and submission, identifying and incorporating freight and additional costs where applicable. - Collaborate and coordinate with other facilities to combine orders of like items to meet vendor minimums and maximize vendors’ production efficiency - Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to facilitate problem resolution.
