Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 3–5 years of relatable industry experience in asset growth and leadership
  • FINRA Series 24 (or 9/10), Series 7, and Series 66 (or 7, 63, and 65 depending on state requirements)
  • FINRA Fingerprinting required
  • In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans
  • Excellent written, verbal, consulting, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Motivated self-starter with strong learning agility and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates passion for leadership, resilience under pressure, and a client-first mindset.

Replenishment Buyer – Food Industry Work Location: Remote - US Based Our Replenishment Buyer is an integral part of FreshRealm’s Food Purchasing Department in assisting in all buying activities and procedures related to Meal Kits within a Food-as-a-Service industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage handover from Sourcing Team to plan timely deliveries for samples and launch materials - Ensure that sourcing decisions provide the necessary balance between purchase cost, capacity, flexibility and supplier performance. - Manage site system-driven MRP to deliver planned purchases in coordination with delists to minimize waste and minimize additional fees and freight costs - Responsible for accurate and timely PO creation and submission, identifying and incorporating freight and additional costs where applicable.  - Collaborate and coordinate with other facilities to combine orders of like items to meet vendor minimums and maximize vendors’ production efficiency  - Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to facilitate problem resolution.
