Role Description Chez CHASR, on est obsédés par une chose : scaler les campagnes d'acquisition de nos clients sur Meta. Notre levier principal : la creative strategy et la production de créas. On teste, on analyse, on ajuste, on re-teste, jusqu’à trouver LA recette créative qui fait décoller chaque compte. Vos missions : - Gestion & optimisation des campagnes - Gérer et optimiser le Business Manager 3 fois par semaine - Analyser les performances des créas lancées - Couper rapidement les créas qui ne performent pas - Identifier et scaler les créas gagnantes - Relancer en continu de nouvelles créas (≈ 60*3 nouvelles créas / mois) - Analyse & prise de décision - Monitorer les performances en continu - Comprendre ce qui fonctionne (créa, angle, audience, niveau de funnel…) - Ajuster les campagnes en conséquence - Reporting & communication - Suivi des performances tous les 3 jours - Explication claire des actions prises (quoi / pourquoi / impact) - Reporting 2 fois par mois (bimensuel) - Analyse des performances media - Analyse des créas qui fonctionnent (angles, awareness, messages…) - Recommandations concrètes pour la suite Qualifications - Expérience solide en media buying Meta Ads - Capacité à gérer du scaling ecommerce (50K€/mois + idéalement) - Très à l’aise avec l’analyse de performance et la prise de décision rapide - Rigueur + régularité (cadence élevée) - Excellentes capacités de communication (écrit & oral) - Mentalité test, learn et perf Requirements - Fiabilité, structuration et orientation performance Benefits - Une mission à fort enjeu (scaling réel, pas un petit compte) - Un environnement optimisé pour que ton expertise puisse s'exprimer (client en confiance, volume de créas, équipe dédiée) - Opportunité long terme - Possibilité de pousser la presta media buying auprès d'autres clients CHASR - Participer à la structuration d'un éventuel pôle media buying chez CHASR - Évoluer vers un rôle de Lead Media Buyer / Head of Media Buying - Côté rémunération : à toi de nous faire une proposition !

About the role Nerdio is looking for an AI-forward Senior Video & Social Specialist to own the creation and distribution of video content and social media presence across Nerdio's channels. In this role, you'll produce high-quality video that educates, engages, and builds brand affinity — from product explainers and customer stories to social-first short-form content. You'll also help manage and grow our social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, ensuring our content reflects the Nerdio brand voice and reaches the right audiences. What you'll do - Produce short-form video content optimized for social distribution, maintaining a high production cadence without sacrificing quality. - Manage Nerdio's social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms — developing and executing a content calendar aligned to broader marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with PMM, demand gen, brand, and events teams to develop video and social content that supports campaign goals, product launches, and awareness initiatives. - Leverage AI to improve the speed and quality of video creation and the build out of our social program - Build out and manage our employee advocacy, as well as our executive social program. - Own end-to-end video production for Nerdio — including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing — across formats including explainers, demos, customer stories, event recaps, and social-first content. - Support NerdioCon and other major events with live and post-event video content, social coverage, and recap production. - Monitor social media performance and community engagement — reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance — and adjust strategy based on data. - Stay current on video production trends, platform algorithm changes, and social media best practices to continuously improve content quality and reach. - Manage video asset library and ensure content is accessible, organized, and reusable across teams. - Partner with community and influencer programs to extend reach and amplify key content moments.
