• Facilitate engaging, cohort-based leadership development sessions for emerging leaders • Support delivery of three (3) in-person training modules and virtual intersessions • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment • Contribute to the design and refinement of curriculum aligned with leadership competencies • Apply adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques • Develop and enhance training materials, including participant workbooks and facilitator guides • Provide informal coaching and advisory support to program participants • Support team-based learning, including capstone projects and group exercises • Administer and debrief the following leadership assessments; Emotional Intelligence 360, Hogan Suite of Assessments, Change Style Indicator, Communication Jungle, DiSC, Conflict Dynamics Assessment • Support development of pre- and post-program evaluations • Translate evaluation data into actionable insights and program improvements • Collaborate with the Program Manager and NASA stakeholders to ensure successful delivery • Support development of program deliverables, timelines, and reporting • Assist with preparation and delivery of program materials for in-person sessions

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent development
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership training programs for professional or government audiences
  • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience working with leadership assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence 360)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics effectively.
