• Managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale fiber optic construction projects across multiple markets • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, permitting, vendor coordination, and customer communications • Identification of candidate OSP engineering/construction firms • Managing bid/vendor selection process and contract negotiation • Providing build cost estimates for sales team • Performing service delivery functions, including providing regular customer updates and coordinating site access • Working with local/state/federal permitting agencies to secure timely permit approvals • Documenting splicing requirements and maintaining fiber engineering documentation

• Identification of candidate OSP engineering/construction firms, managing bid/vendor selection process and contract negotiation • Tactical project management, including managing project schedules, running regular project calls and performing support project functions (such as securing bonds, internal signatures for permits, etc.) • Providing build cost estimates for sales team • Performing service delivery functions, including providing regular customer updates (written and/or oral), coordinating site access, and close out package preparation • Performing site walks with customers and vendors • Working with local/state/federal permitting agencies to secure timely permit approvals • Providing direction and coordination of project environmental requirements, tasks, and activities • Managing environmental engineering vendors and related subcontractors as they secure related permitting • Documenting splicing requirements and maintaining fiber engineering documentation • Specifying and procuring optics components for contractor installation • Maintaining up-to-date network maps in Vero’s proprietary geospatial project management platform, including in-flight design changes and final as-built routes • Providing accurate network maps to state 811 agencies and Vero Networks NOC • Managing network maintenance and relocation projects (including emergency maintenance)

• Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. • Creates project charter and manages the scope of the project, including customer priorities and expectations of product and services. • Leads, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract. • Acts as the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams. • Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects. • Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties. • Creates and uses project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities • Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develops effective action plans for resolution, including the timely escalation of project issues or risks. • Provides leadership, direction and communication for customers and Paxera Health project team. • Accurately forecasts current and future go-live project along with quarterly revenue for each assigned project. • Uses governance tools (scope document, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, and basecamp, etc.), for all assigned projects, to effectively manage all projects. • Performs project and workflow designs. • Develops and delivers effective presentations to departmental managers, colleagues, clients, distributors and other stakeholder groups as needed to manage projects.
