• Oversee all phases of multiple solar projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. • Develop and manage project budgets exceeding multi-million-dollar scope. • Lead project kickoffs, risk assessments, and schedule development. • Drive accountability for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. • Conduct regular project reviews and ensure timely cost and revenue forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in solar, EPC, or construction industries.
- PMP certification required or equivalent experience.
- NABCEP certification highly preferred.
- Electrical or engineering background strongly preferred.
- Experience managing large rooftop, carport, and ground-mount solar projects.
