Partner with the best AI Solutioning Consultant role co-leads the development of an enterprise-wide enablement program that teaches employees how to design solutions with AI in mind-elevating the organization’s digital and AI literacy. As a Solutioning Consultant, you will be responsible for: - Partnering with business units to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance decision-making. - Assessing processes, workflows, and operational pain points to determine the best-fit automation or agentic solution. - Translating business problems into solution architectures centered around AI agents, orchestrations, and modern automation capabilities. - Architecting conceptual AI-driven solutions, including agentic frameworks, workflow automations, integrations, and user experiences. - Evaluating solution options across low-code/no-code tools, enterprise AI platforms, integration layers, and data sources. - Developing prototypes, concept demonstrations, and reference architectures to showcase the art of the possible. - Ensuring designs align with enterprise standards for security, compliance, data governance, and scalability. - Leading the build-out of AI and automation solutions in partnership with engineering, integration teams, and data specialists. - Ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested, documented, and prepared for operational rollout. - Providing ongoing enhancements and optimization recommendations based on business feedback and solution performance. - Serving as a trusted advisor to business executives, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights. - Facilitating workshops, ideation sessions, and roadmap planning with business units and technical teams. - Supporting Product Management in defining capabilities, features, and user requirements for future AI/automation tools. - Working closely with Data, Architecture, Integrations, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure solution alignment and technical readiness. - Partnering with Change Management and Training teams to ensure smooth adoption and organizational readiness. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Have 7–10+ years of experience in solution engineering, automation, consulting, AI product development, or enterprise digital transformation. - Have strong experience architecting solutions using AI, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and integrations. - Have ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable solution designs. - Have demonstrated experience evaluating business processes and designing scalable, technology-enabled improvements. - Have excellent communication, consulting, and facilitation skills. - Have experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, UIPath, Gemini/Vertex tools, or similar automation/AI ecosystems. - Have background in process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma) or digital transformation. - Have understanding of data governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security requirements. - Have experience developing training or upskilling programs. - Have strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on solution engineering capability. - Have natural curiosity for emerging technologies and AI trends. - Have ability to influence and collaborate across highly matrixed environments. - Have passion for teaching, evangelizing, and empowering others to embrace AI-driven innovation. - Have bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
